Chad Mollman, General Partner of Ascent Equity Capital
Mr. Mollman founded Ascent Equity Capital in 2002.  Since its inception, the fund has a gross IRR on realized investments of over 70%.  In addition to running Ascent, Mr. Mollman runs affiliated Pinnacle CEO Recruiters.  

Prior to founding Ascent, Mr. Mollman was a Vice President with Stolberg Equity Partners LLC (1998-2002), a $180 million private equity group with investments primarily in business-to-business services, consumer services, and consumer products companies.  Prior to joining Stolberg, during the period of 1994-1998, Mollman was an investment banker with the mergers and acquisitions groups at Piper Jaffray and Dain Bosworth.   

Mr. Mollman has worked on over 30 middle market private equity investments and investment banking assignments totaling approximately $1.6 billion in value during his career.  Mr. Mollman graduated first in his class in the College of Business Administration at the University of Iowa with a B.B.A. in Finance in 1994.
